Our full consultancy package is a real treat, because I get to gain a deeper understanding about you, your business, and the challenges you're encountering! We spend time getting into the current health of your culture, a full check-up, if you will, allowing me to learn where your culture is struggling and pinpointing the challenges we need to overcome. I then build out your entire culture strategy, using these insights. 

This happiness-boosting, engagement-driven, science and stat-backed strategy is then presented back to you and I act as a guide, showing you what you need to implement to make the strategy your reality.

The on-going consultancy package means you have me as your dedicated Culture Expert and I’m there to support you and your business every step of the way. We take a real journey together, starting out by getting into the weeds and figuring out the status of your business culture and where it’s struggling or needs a bit of a lift. Once the deep-dive has been analysed, a full, bespoke strategy is then developed, and I begin to implement it within your business, working with you, side by side, over a 3,6,9, or 12-month partnership. 

+ Suitable for startups to set you up correctly, teams experiencing growing pains and challenges and those scaling.
